This spinach dish will have even the spinach haters loving it. This is a great salad side dish to cleanse the palate after any holiday course. Follow this spiced garlic spinach and red swiss chard recipe for a healthy and tasty salad!
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 4 bags Leafed Spinach - Stemmed
- 2 bunches Red Swiss Chard
- 1 pinch Salt - to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Stir in garlic and pepper flakes: saute just until fragrant.
Add spinach, tossing with tongs until wilted; season with salt.
15 to 20 minutes
