Strawberry Kiwi Champagne Punch

For our big family brunch, I wanted to serve an easy, but special cocktail recipe. This strawberry kiwi champagne punch fit both criteria - it requires just two ingredients and tastes delicious.

I decided to go with a larger red wine glass, as opposed to a champagne flute for a more elaborate burst of color, but you can certainly use champagne flutes here if you wish!

Though I poured each cocktail individually since there were a few youngsters running around, you could certainly serve this mixture chilled in a punch bowl for your guests to pour on their own.

Ingredients:

1 container/bottle of strawberry kiwi juice

1 bottle of strawberry champagne (your preference)

Directions:

Chill each wine glass before starting. Pour each glass about 1/3 – 1/2 full to ensure there’s enough “color” on your table. Add a splash of strawberry champagne to each glass right before serving.

You can garnish with a strawberry or raspberry or even a small slice of kiwi for added color or taste.

Alternatively, you can simply pour 1/2 your juice into a punch bowl and top off with your champagne, then cut up fresh fruit to add to the mix.
