Sweet Pickled Potato Salad

We love tailgating season not only for the football, but for the food. A good potato salad always pairs well with your favorite burgers and dogs. You can prep it ahead of time in a large bowl or pack them in mini mason jars so everyone can just grab their own without the hassle.

This sweet pickled potato salad has one key ingredient, a jar of Farmer's Garden by Vlasic pickles, which are full of sliced veggies that you can just add right into your salad. Because they have been soaking in a sweet pickle juice, they give your potatoes a tangy flavor that pair well with the eggs and mayo.


8 Yukon gold potatoes

4 eggs, hard boiled

1 jar of Farmer's Garden by Vlasic, Bread & Butter pickles

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon ground pepper

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon white vinegar


To start, peel your potatoes and boil them until they are cooked through and soft. Once fully soft, place them in the fridge until they are completely cool.

While your potatoes are cooling, add your vinegar, hard boiled egg yolks only (save the egg whites for later) and mayonnaise to a large bowl. Mix these ingredients together until they are a smooth, fully blended consistency.

Once your potatoes are cooled, chop them up into quarter size pieces and add them to your mayo, egg and vinegar mixture.

Take your jar of Farmer's Garden by Vlasic pickles, and chop up the contents on the jar. This includes all of those yummy pickles, peppers and carrots. Add them to your bowl.

Next, grab those hard boiled egg whites you put to the side, chop them up and add them to your bowl as well.

Lastly, season with your salt and pepper and serve cold!
