Tart and Tangy Raspberry Mojito

Kiss summertime goodbye with this tart and tangy raspberry mojito. A welcomed alternative to the Cuban classic, this fruity cocktail is brimming with late summer berries that not only lend their unequivocal taste to this rum infused beverage, but also add a splash of color to any party table.

Bright and bittersweet, the raspberry mojito is much like the final days of summer in its complexities.

Raise your glass and cheers with your friends to the coming of fall and a summer well spent with this magenta mixer that will add some color and a smile to your face.


2 ounces white rum

2 ounces simple syrup

1 lime, cut into wedges

5 raspberries

12 mint leaves, plus more for garnish

Club soda


Place the lime wedges, mint and raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Using a spoon or muddler gently crush all ingredients just to release their oils. 

Fill a glass 3/4 way full with ice, then top with rum and club soda. Carefully mix until well combined. Garnish with remaining mint springs and raspberries.
