Tipsy Earl Grey Cocktail Recipe

Move over Arnold Palmer. There’s a new lemony tea drink in town. With a hint of fresh lemon flavor and the bold taste of a classic British tea, this cocktail—spiked with a bit of gin—is perfect served warm or over ice.

Just mix it up in your thermos, and you’ve got a refreshing summer drink to enjoy while relaxing before the game, or even by the beach.

This recipe shows the measurements for a single thermos, but you can also supersize it by making a large batch of tea. That way, you can enjoy it at home or on the go.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces of Earl Grey Tea
  • 1 ounce of lemon juice
  • 1 ounce of gin
  • Lemon for garnish
  • Ice
Directions

Brew the tea. If you are serving the drink chilled, allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

Once chilled, add to your thermos and top with the lemon juice and gin.

Garnish with ice and fresh lemon before securing the top.
