Waffle Berry Tower

Sweet cravings for breakfast or a late night snack? Be a sweet architect and construct this edible waffle berry tower! This tasty tower is everything that makes breakfast a delight.

More like a cake than a breakfast dish, this stack is oozing with whipped cream and fruit, adding a festive flare to any breakfast table. Since it's stacked with layers of ready-made waffles, this breakfast bar tower will save time in the kitchen, but you can always go the extra mile and make them from scratch. Follow this delicious recipe for your best waffle tower yet!

12 ready-made waffles

4 cups of whipped cream

2 cups of strawberries

1 cup of blue berries

1 cup of raspberries

2 ripe bananas

2 kiwis

Prepare the fruit first by rinsing them under water. Then cut the strawberries and bananas into small pieces and allow them to dry. Preheat the oven and prepare the waffles according to their boxed directions.

Remove the cooked waffles from the oven and begin creating a layered stack of waffle, fruit, and cream until you reach the top of a stack of 4 - 5 waffles. Finish with whipped cream and fruit before serving.

Alternatively, you can place the ingredients for the waffle tower on the table and allow your slumber party guests to create their own personalized stacks - but, beware as this can get messy with kids competing to make the tallest tower!
