Watermelon Mint Cooler

On a recent stay at the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey, my family couldn't get enough of the refreshing Watermelon Mint drink that the hotel offered each afternoon in the lobby. So we decided to make our own replica of this tasty drink.

If you're celebrating the Fourth of July, a birthday, a graduation, or just throwing a summer BBQ, this drink is a delicious and perfect cocktail for any event. Here's my version of it to serve on a summer night celebration.

Ingredients:

4 cups chopped fresh seedless watermelon

1 Cup water

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 Cup fresh mint leaves

Garnish: mint leaf sprigs, watermelon balls or small wedges

Directions:

Place all the ingredients and their proper measurements in a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into a pitcher for guests to serve themselves at the party.

Finish off by garnishing your drink with mint leaf sprigs, watermelon balls on cocktail picks, or small watermelon wedges.

Enjoy this refreshing watermelon mint cooler at any summer occasion!
