White Chocolate Cockroach Clusters

Love Harry Potter so much that you would try whatever food your favorite wizards eat? Inspired by the books themselves, these white chocolate cockroach clusters are a treat that any Harry Potter fan would appreciate.

While their name might make you shudder involuntarily, these white chocolate cockroach clusters are chocolate candies filled with walnuts and white chocolate so they'll definitely please once you bite into one.

Easy enough to make that even the youngest Harry Potter fan can make them, they're a great addition to a Halloween party or Harry Potter theme party menu. Follow this easy no-bake recipe for the best tasting cockroaches you've ever had!

1 bag of white chocolate melting chips

1 tablespoon of clear honey

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 cup of chopped walnuts

Begin by filling a sauce pan half way with water and bring to a rolling boil, then cover with a glass-mixing bowl.

In the glass-mixing bowl pour in the proper measurements of white chocolate, butter and honey. Stir until the mixture is completely melted. Then remove from heat.

Place a small mound of walnuts of equal space apart onto a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Next, spoon the melted chocolate over the mound of walnuts.  Once finished, place the cockroach chocolates into the refrigerator for an hour to cool and set.

You do not need to attend Hogwarts to prepare these yummy candies!
