Top Three Flourless Passover Dessert Recipes

When it comes to desserts at Passover you might think it'd be super tough finding delicious recipes that kick the flour out, but it's not. We've got quite a few flourless dessert recipes, but these three from Contributor Lucy Blatter are our favorite.

While they keep to the no-flour rule, Lucy's Passover desserts are Kosher and absolutely scrumptious. We're betting you'll enjoy them as much as we do at your Passover feast.

New to Passover traditions? Here's why we take the flour out of the baking batter:

Passover is a Jewish holiday celebrating the Exodus from Egypt and the liberation of the Israelites from slavery. When the Israelites fled from Egypt they did so very quickly and because it was such a rush, their bread did not have the time it would have to rise. We eat unleavened bread only during Passover to honor and remember this piece of the Passover story.
