DIY Father's Day Gift Bags

Make Father’s Day extra special this year by getting your craft on. These adorable DIY Father’s Day Gift Bags are the perfect way to give dad his Father’s Day gift that looks extra cute!

You can fill the bag with Dad’s favorite treats as well as homemade coupons, like a free lawn mowing or even a trip to Dad’s favorite restaurant.

This is a fun and easy way to dress up your Father's Day gifts with supplies you probably already have lying around the house. It's also a great way to get the kids involved to do a fun Father's Day craft for their #1 guy. Using kid-friendly scissors, this craft will keep them busy all afternoon; make some for dad, grandpa and even some uncles!

Supplies
  • Paper Bag
  • Construction paper or Scrapbook paper
  • Scissors
  • Tape
Directions

Step 1: On one side of the paper bag, cut an inch slit on both sides to make your collar.

Step 2: Depending on the size of your paper bag, measure and cut a ‘tie’ shape from your construction or scrapbook paper. Be creative. If your dad wears bowties instead, make a bowtie!

Step 3: Tape the tie from onto the front side of your bag, right under your two slits.

Step 4: Fold your slits in and tape them right over the top of the tie.

Step 5: Fill your bag with treats for dad!
