Healthy Summer Kids Snack: Frozen Yogurt-Filled Raspberries

We're obsessed with this summer treat! Its healthy, and yummy for the whole family. Plus, you can recruit everyone to help you make them -- these berries are a ton of fun to put together!


It can be tough to get kids to eat healthy during the warm summer months, especially when there are ice cream trucks circling the neighborhood at all hours! This two-ingredient snack is so easy to assemble you’ll always want to have it on hand for hungry kids! In fact, it’s so easy to make that kids will enjoy helping out!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate and chocolate chips

Directions

 

Chill greek yogurt for about an hour in a Ziploc bag in order to harden the texture a bit.

Cut just a small hole in the tip of the bag. Squeeze a little of the mixture into each berry. 

 

 

If you want to make it extra special, top a few of the berries with the chocolate chips! Freeze for another half hour to make them firm.

Makes: 2 cups of raspberry treats
