Healthy Tzatziki Dip Recipe

Creamy, cool and completely tasty, our Tzatziki dip will score big at your Super Bowl party. Not only is it full of great flavor, it's also healthy, which means your guests can scoop up twice as much without worrying about their growing waistline.

We love serving this healthy dip recipe in place of the usual Ranch, which is extremely high in calorie count. It pairs well with vegetables, pretzels and pita chips - which are also a better option over the potato chips you'd generally serve!

Check out the video below to see just how easy this healthy Super Bowl dip is to make. Then, get the list of ingredients and directions underneath to make it for your party!

1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/4 cup of cucumber, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon dill

2 tablespoons chopped chives

salt and pepper to taste

Start by peeling and dicing your cucumber. We used a mini one for this recipe since it came to just about a 1/4 cup when diced.

Next, to a bowl with a cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, add olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, your cucumber, dill, chives and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well, then serve with pita chips!
