Organize Your Bathroom with Upcycled Projects

Have a New Year’s resolution to get organized but feeling a bit overwhelmed? The best piece of advice we’ve ever been given is to start small.

If you tackle the job by approaching your projects one at a time rather than all at once, you’re much less likely to feel totally inundated. So start your organization project room by room to really do it justice.

We’ve got some cute ideas to use to help organize your bathroom while at the same time ‘up-cycling’ items you most likely already have in your home!

Tip 1: DIY Toothbrush Holder

All you need for this cute toothbrush holder is a mason jar and some pretty marbles used to arrange flowers. Just fill the mason jar about one fourth of the way up with the marbles and, voila: a cute and inexpensive toothbrush holder! Make sure to wash and dry the toothbrush holder as you normally would to keep your utensils germ-free.

Tip 2: Store Your Cotton Goods

Here’s a cute way to store your cotton balls and cotton swabs that takes up very little space! Use two glass containers that will ‘stack’ upon themselves. Use one large glass container as the base that will hold your cotton balls, and in the mouth of the large glass container, place a smaller one for the cotton swabs.
