Pomegranate Sangria Recipe

Sangria is one of those perfectly versatile drinks that goes well with brunch, lunch, and late-night dance parties. And with so many different variations to try, why not get to fixing up a batch of your own?

When having people over, I’m a big fan of a signature drink to serve that you can make ahead of time in a big batch. Think punch, sangria, or margaritas in a pitcher and if you really want to prep ahead you can pour individual servings into mason jars for an easy-to-serve treat.

When making our sangria, I started with a bottle of rosé already in the fridge. I also had some frozen fruit in the freezer. It's like fate was just telling me I had to make sangria!

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine (or white wine if that’s what is in the fridge)
  • 4 oz PAMA liqueur
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups club soda
Directions

Stir together the wine and PAMA liqueur in a pitcher, then add the fruit.*

Add the soda water just before serving.

*If your fruit is fresh and not frozen, just add extra ice before serving.
