Skinny Spiked Eggnog Recipe

‘Tis the season for delicious creamy spiked beverages! But just because a yummy cocktail tastes decadent, doesn’t necessarily mean that it is packed with tons of calories!

Try this simple recipe for egg nog that is easy to make, and arguably more enjoyable than an overly rich concoction with an unnecessarily heavy calorie content. That way, you can enjoy the flavors of the season without having to stress about fitting into your festive holiday party attire!



  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 2 cups whole milk (or 2%)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces dark Rum per drink
  • 2 dashes nutmeg

In a blender or a Nutribullet, pour in the eggs, honey, a dash of the nutmeg, milk, and vanilla. Pulse until creamy and smooth.

In a glass with ice pour 1 shot of rum in each drink, then pour egg nog overtop.

Add 1 more dash of nutmeg on each!



Makes: 2 cocktails
