We toyed with the idea of adding pumpkin to our pancakes before, but then turning our pancakes into cinnamon rolls with a sweet mixture of cinnamon, butter and dark brown sugar. Heaven overload! I Heart Naptime came up with this amazing breakfast topped with a cream cheese frosting.
