Cookies and Milk Party Favor

A bottle of milk, frappuccino, or latte is just the perfect place to tie a gourmet cookie. We purchased our gourmet mocha cookies from the bakery, slipped them in a little cellophane bag and tied the bag to a bottle of frappuccino with a classy striped grosgrain ribbon.
