A Scoop Filled with Cookies

Check out the treasures in the toy aisles at your stores. We created a new purpose for the colorful plastic scoops that are meant to scoop sand on the beach. We filled each scoop with miniature cookies, slipped a cellophane bag over the scoop, and tied it up with a coordinating ribbon. We added a Happy Birthday tag, and within just minutes, had a cute party favor ready to go! Another good thing? They're inexpensive ($1 each), and reusable!
