For this 4th of July brunch, we used a fireworks skewer to pierce a glazed donut hole and a fresh strawberry for a yummy and festive kabob.
Consider other fresh fruits such as pineapple, bananas, and melon chunks. No matter what you put on a stick though, a kabob makes for an instant summer bite that's easy to eat and fun to look at!
