Chutney! It's a pretty vague description for a recipe, but suffice to say, any one we've ever tried has been packed with lots of flavor.
While the term chutney mostly indicates a mix of spices, veggies and/or fruit, the actual food can be wet, dry, coarse, smooth and made with an endless array of ingredients.
We've recently rounded up our favorite chutney recipes and the reason they made the list above all others is two-fold. For one, they're the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, tart and tangy.
