Most of the time, we're all for sticking to a reasonably healthy diet. However, sometimes a recipe comes along that is just so outrageously bad (in the best way possible), that it's just begging to be tried.
From the strangely tasty deep fried bubble gum, to the dangerously tempting doughnut hamburger topped with bacon and a fried egg, there are some recipes simply worth quitting our diet for-- if only to take one bite!
Deep Fried Bubble Gum
This concoction from the famous Texas State Fair borderlines shocking, as well as downright confusing. However, we'd be lying if we said we weren't just a little curious what fried bubble gum tastes like!

Thanksgiving "Cherpumple"
What's your favorite Thanksgiving pie? Cherry? Apple? Pumpkin, perhaps? Well, with the infamous "Cherpumple", you can have all three. This may seem too good to be true, and it probably is. However, if consuming a three-layered dessert with a pumpkin-pie-and-spice-cake bottom layer, apple-pie-and-yellow-cake middle later, and cherry-pie-and-white-cake top layer sounds feasible to you...then bon appetit!

Ditch Dog
A specialty of the restaurant Ditch Plains in New York City, the "Ditch Dog" looks both dangerous and delicious. The dish consists of a hot dog on a bun, covered in fresh macaroni and cheese. As if this combination wasn't deadly enough as is, the whole thing is served atop a pile of french fries.

Hot Beef Sundae
What could make a hot fudge sundae even better? If you were thinking "beef," then this is the meal for you! The hot beef sundae recipe, made popular among beef lovers at the annual Iowa State Fair isn't actually as ridiculous as it sounds; instead of fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry, it calls for gravy, mashed potatoes, and a cherry tomato!

Paula Deen's Lady's Brunch Burger
The Food Network's Paula Deen has built herself quite a reputation for her over-the-top, high-caloric recipes. Her "Lady's Brunch Burger", however, takes the cake (or, in this case, the doughnut!) The burger consists of hamburger meat, eggs, and bacon...all sandwiched between two glazed doughnuts!

Loaded Potato Skins
We'd heard of stuffing potato skins with many delicious things before, such as sour cream and onions, but never macaroni and cheese! However, now that we know this recipe for loaded potato skins exists, complete with a crunchy touch of bacon, we just might have to try it.

Domino's Oreo Pizza
Several years back, Domino's Pizza attempted to change the delivery pizza game with this "dessert pizza" made of oreos. Although the trend didn't exactly take off, we can't say it looks half bad. In fact, it looks pretty amazing!

Paula Deen's Peanut Butter Cheese Fudge
This list just wouldn't be complete without one more shout-out to Paula Deen. On the surface, her fudge recipe may look tame; however, the fudge also includes a large amount of peanut butter and Velveeta cheese!
