80s Theme Party Reminder

Though an 80s theme party is certainly great for guys and girls, we kept our party girls only.

I sent out paper invites about 4 weeks before the party, but all of my girlfriends are either working women or stay-at-home moms's to very young children, so our lives are pretty hectic.

I know how easy it is for them (and myself!) to get caught up with daily to-dos that could easily (and sadly) make them forget about our little get-together.

So, I wasn't giving them the opportunity to forget!

Emails don't work anymore since we all receive about 1000 a day. And our event was a private one, so I didn't want it up on Facebook.

That left phone calls. 15 of them.

As busy as my friends are, I am, too - I just didn't have the time to contact each person individually the three days before I hosted this party and chat with them.
