Wow the birthday guest with a fantastic display of birthday cupcakes arranged in the shape of the number 80. Forty cupcakes should be used to create the 8, and forty more are necessary for the large 0.

Decorate the cupcakes by sprinkling four to five golden dragees on top of each one.
