Buffalo Chicken Club Sandwich

The club sandwich is undoubtedly a classic. Whether it's filled with turkey or chicken, it's pretty much guaranteed to be a delicious meal. However, if you find yourself bored with the traditional sliced turkey/chicken-lettuce-tomato-bacon combination, this spicy, flavor-packed version is definitely the solution! By glazing chicken breast in buffalo hot sauce, and adding some blue cheese crumbles, Kevin Lynch of Closet Cooking was able to create this amazing buffalo chicken club sandwich.
