A Light & Healthy Tailgating Menu
A lighter and healthier choice for a tailgating party.
Menu:
  • Marinate chicken cutlets and a white fish in a baggie and pack on ice
  • Pre-make a brown rice and or whole wheat pasta salad garden salad with 2 or 3 bottled dressings on the side
  • Pre-grilled vegetables
  • White Wine - A chilled chardonnay is a great choice
