Create unique DIY invitations shaped like an Awards statue.
Preparation
Supplies:
- Gold Cardstock (one sheet of paper for every guest you plan to invite, plus extras for mistakes)
- Scissors
- Computer & Printer
- Glue Stick or Double Stick Tape
Steps
Find an outline online of the awards statue. Save it as a JPEG, then enlarge it to fit on a 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper and print it out.
Insert the gold card stock into your printer tray and print out as many invitations as you need.
Create a Word document with all of the information for your party. Move the text around so it fits in your Oscar statue silhouette when cut out. Print out one for each invitation and paste onto the back of the Oscar cardstock with a glue stick or double-stick tape. Or, if you have neat handwriting, simply write the information out on each invitation to save the hassle of formatting the Word document text to fit.
