40th and 50th Birthday Party Games: Birthday Roast
Whether it's PG-rated or just plain nostalgic a roast will make the birthday person feel loved and special.
  • Before the party, send out an email to everyone who will attend and ask them to think of a story that relates to the birthday boy or girl. The stories can involve funny moments or tie into growing older.
  • Place all the ideas on pieces of paper and then take it to the birthday party.
  • Announce “Roast time!” at the party and take out the paper bag or hat with the submissions.
  • Ask the birthday person to pull out a story and the guest who submitted it will do the roast and share the event.
