
Pineapple is the sweet twist in this Miami Mojito.
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. light rum, infused with Pineapple or Banana
- Club Soda
Steps
- Add juice, mint, and syrup into a tall glass. Crush mint using the back of a spoon or a muddler. Fill glass with crushed ice and add rum. Fill remainder of glass with club soda and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Simple syrup: combine equal amounts of sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat until boiling and sugar has dissolved. Cool and transfer into a cruet or bottle.
