July Fourth "Crackers"

"Crackers" are little gift-wrapped tubes with trinkets inside them that can be given as party favors at your 4th of July celebration.
Preparation Steps - Fill toilet paper cardboard tube with trinkets and candy.
- Wrap patriotic paper around tube, similar to how paper is wrapped around a "tootsie roll," and twist paper ends (see photo).
- Tie ribbon around twisted paper on either end to finish it off.
