Making Handprint Art Mother's Day Crafts for Toddlers
Great Flowers For Mom!
 Great Flowers For Mom!
Beautiful For Mom
Making handprints of children is a classic activity that never gets old. With a little help from an adult, children of any age can make their own artwork. Since children's hands grow all the time, the finished piece always looks a little different. Basic instructions go like this: dip the child's hands into finger paint and then stamp onto a sheet of paper. Kids love playing in the paint and seeing the shape of their hands magically appear. After the paint dries, make this handprint craft worthy of gift giving.
  • Display the handprints in a pretty frame.
  • Mat the handprints on patterned paper and hang from the wall with ribbon.
  • Start a scrapbook and a Mother’s Day tradition. Each year, kids make their handprints to put in the book and mom will ultimately have creative record of how much her children have grown.
