
For the main course, fire up the barbeque and grill some tasty chicken sausage hot dogs and Gourmet Mini Burgers that are bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 3 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 Tablespoon garlic pepper
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon chili pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons Ranch dressing
Steps
- Place ground beef in a large bowl and add cheddar cheese, garlic, salt and chili pepper
- Use hands to break up the meat and mix the ingredients well
- Mix the Ranch and Worchester sauce together in a bowl
- Add Ranch and Worchester mixture to the beef; mix thoroughly so it gets evenly distributed
- Divide the meat into 8 small patties; use index finger and thumb to create a concave shape in the middle of the top and bottom of each patty.
- The meat will rise in the middle as it cooks, and this will ensure that the burgers don't come out too round.
