"My Little Pony" Invitations

Sure, you can buy themed invitations, but why not have some fun making your own?  Not only will you save money, you can also have the Birthday Girl help you make colorful, glittered invites for all the friends she wants at her party. It's a great activity to enjoy with your child and will certainly excite her for the big day.

A pony design can be complicated, so keep it simple and use the signature design of your daughter’s favorite Pony. Does she love to sing? Then Starsong's star icon is the way to go! Visit the official website for "My Little Pony" and have your daughter take the personality quiz. After answering all the questions, the site will tell her which of the ponies she is most like and you can use its signature design as inspiration.

• Once you've decided on a design, sketch the shape onto a piece of cardstock and cut it out. 
• Use this as a template to trace the remaining number of invites you will need.
• After each is cut, decorate one side as creatively as you'd like. 
• Then, write the party details on back of the shape, or post to a second piece of cardstock to create a pop art design, and write the details on the back of the second piece.
