Pigs in a Blanket, Chinese Style
By Cheryl Dent Celebrations Expert
For an American spin on your Chinese menu, you will need one package of Pillsbury Crescents and your favorite hot dogs and or gourmet sausages.
Steps - Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Separate the Pillsbury Crescent dough into triangles.
- Cut the hot dogs to fit the widest part dough triangle, the ends should peek out by about a half inch on both sides.
- Wrap the dough triangle around each hot dog. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- For a zesty dipping sauce, mix Grey Poupon Dijon mustard with a splash of Sriracha Thai style chili sauce and serve alongside your pigs in a blanket.
