Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
- 2 Tbsp crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 Tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Jamaican rum
- 1 Pinch Salt
Steps
- Mix together in a small bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate until party time. Serve with bite-size chicken skewers or coconut shrimp.
