This game puts a fun twist on the classic board game.
Using chalk and any sidewalk, driveway or hard surface area you have nearby, party guests take turns writing words.
Stick to the graduation party theme by using words that relate to school, learning or the new graduate. This is also a creative way for younger kids to practice spelling and saying new words that they learned during the school year.

Steps
- Start the game by writing one word on the sidewalk. (This is a great job for the guest of honor.)
- The next person writes a new word using one letter from the previous word. For example, if “graduation” is the first word, the second might be “teacher” using the letter "t" in graduation.
- Continue the game by writing new words using one letter from words already written.
