Snow Angel Themed Baby Shower: Menu

Instead of opting for the traditional menu of salads and finger sandwiches, make this shower all about dessert.

Most baby showers last only a few hours, and if you plan your party at a time between meals, guests won't expect you to feed them a full course dinner.

A "dessert only" menu is an inexpensive way to treat your guests, as you can bake most of the selections, and it also allows you to schedule your shower at various times throughout the day. Themed cupcakes, cookies and cakes are also a wonderful way to add a decorative touch to the party.

Feature Desserts on a Beautifully Spread Table

• Showcase your delicate treats by creating a soft, tiered dessert buffet. Instead of using a tablecloth, cover your spread by using a snow blanket. It's a fun way to create a mini winter wonderland and will remind guests of all the fun that snow showers bring.
  
• Add a bit of shine to your buffet by placing white candles of all shapes, sizes and heights along the table.
