Steak, fish, or surf-and-turf?
  • Keep the menu simple. Try to keep your food options down to a few choices per course.

  • For a casual outdoor get together, consider skipping the appetizers altogether and head straight for the grill.

  • Ask guests to bring a salad or dessert if they offer to contribute.
