Mums are a traditional football flower, so much so that certain varieties are known as "football mums" in specific areas of the country. 

• Look for "football mums" or any other flower that represents your team's colors at a local florist.
• Ask the florist to use those flowers to create a centerpiece or purchase individual stems and compose an arrangement in your favorite vase.
