Super Bowl Amaretto Orange Cream Dip

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Amaretto
• 1/2 Cup fresh orange juice
• 2 tablespoons orange zest
• 2 cups sour cream

Directions

• Heat Amaretto, orange juice, and zest in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid reduces to 1/3, about 5 minutes.
• Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Stir mixture into sour cream until blended. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to use. Makes about 2 cups.
