Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 cups Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F

2. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water and olive oil evenly over the top.

3. Bake for 10 minutes (5 minute if the asparagus are pencil thin), turning the asparagus once.

4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with hollandaise.
