Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast Filets with Gravy

Ingredients

4 Pieces 8 - 10 Ounces Turkey Tenderloins
1 Lbs Thin sliced bacon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Whole Lemon for garnish

Directions

Cut each tenderloin crosswise into 4 steaks.

Wrap each with a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high.
Saute turkey 3 minutes on each side, then turn on the edges browning the bacon, 3-4 minutes.

Turkey is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Let stand 3 minutes to rest, remove toothpicks.

Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over turkey.
