Gather up some gold from the end of that rainbow and put it in a nice little treat bag for someone special on St. Patrick's Day! I love leaving special little treats out for my children on every holiday - they get so excited when they discover that a gift or goody has been left just for them on a special occasion. On St. Patrick's Day, it's the leprechaun who leaves a little gold behind for them with this cute St. Patrick's Day treat for kids.
I used some premade muslin bags to decorate a special treat holder for this kids on St. Patrick's Day. These bags are easy to stamp on, so you can dress them up for any holiday or occasion. After stamping a green shamrock and a good luck message, I filled each bag with gold-covered candies, and then tied the tops with rainbow ribbon, which is exactly how a little leprechaun would embellish, don't you think?
The kids will squeal with delight when they discover that the leprechaun has visited, and left them a little bag of gold in the form of St. Patrick's Day desserts!
