Bali Hai Cocktail

Keep the South Pacific vibes going at your stay-cation by making a traditional Bali Hai cocktail that is packed with flavor.

Serve it in tall, old-fashioned zombie glasses, which really help to set the mood.

Ingredients

• 2 Oz rum
• 1 Oz brandy
• 2 Oz fresh lime juice
• 2 Oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 Tsp orgeat syrup (a bitter almond flavored syrup)
• 1 Tsp grenadine syrup
• Fill with champagne

Directions

• Put all ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Pour into zombie style glasses and top off with champagne.
