Bitter Gin Cocktail

Bitters and the Big Easy go hand in hand, and what better way to ring in the festivities of Mardi Gras than with a traditional favorite all dressed up for a modern celebration? With a hint of bitters, a dash of lime and bubbly tonic, this cocktail is as refreshing as a tall glass of water on a hot day.

Ingredients:

Dash of Bitters

1 Ounce of Gin

3 Ounces of Tonic

Sliced Limes

Ice

Directions:

Fill a cocktail glass with ice and lime slices before adding the Gin and Tonic to the glass. Gently drop 1-2 dashes of Bitters into the glass, and stir well before serving.
