1 Can shoe peg white corn
1 Can black beans
4 Ounces mild diced chilies
1 Tablespoon or more cilantro chopped fine
1 Teaspoon cumin
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 Cup chopped green onion
1 Medium seeded, chopped tomato
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill at least 4 hours.
