We love our martinis and cocktails around the holiday season, but one bright red sip you'll never see us say "no thanks" to is this black cherry champagne sparkler.
While some might think the deep flavor of the black cherry juice might not work with the delicate champagne, it actually pairs quite perfectly when you join the two with a dash of raspberry liqueur.

Effervescent enough for the ladies, but strong enough for the gents, this champagne cocktail recipe is one of those perfect festive sips we like to serve at holiday soirees.
And by holiday soirees we mean everything from Christmas to New Year's Eve to 4th of July!

1/2 ounce black cherry juice
1 ounce raspberry liqueur
4 ounces chilled champagne
raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Pour the black cherry juice and raspberry liqueur into a champagne flute and stir. Top off with the champagne. Garnish with a few raspberries and serve!
