A good cocktail is expected at any adult gathering, but when it's a Halloween party, spooky sips are of the utmost importance. While kids can appreciate party store Halloween decorations and a jar of candy, adults look forward to the thematic menu you feature at your celebration - complete with gory finger foods galore and spooky sips.
Most Halloween cocktails are created with some type of hard alcohol, but this drink is different. I used bubbly Champagne (or Sparkling Wine) to create the base of the cocktail, then I added Sprite and Maraschino cherries to the Champagne. The result? You’ve got a bubbly, sweet cocktail that's a bit more sophisticated, but still spooky enough for a bloody Halloween sip guests will love.

Ingredients:
2 bottles (750 milliliters each) Champagne, or any type of Sparkling Wine
2 cups Sprite/Lemon Lime Soda
4 cups Maraschino Cherries, in syrup
Directions:
In a large pitcher, stir together the Champagne, Sprite, and Maraschino Cherries (including the syrup). Serve the pitcher along-side champagne glasses so the party-goers can pour their own glasses.
Makes:
1 large pitcher
