Ingredients

2 Ounces Leblon
1 Ounces Simple Syrup
A Splash of Blue Curacao
3 One Inch Pineapple Chunks
1 Lime Wedge
A Splash of Sprite

Directions

Muddle pineapple, lime and syrup.

Add ice, Leblon and blue Curacao.

Shake vigorously.

Pour all into a rocks glass, top with sprite or lemon-lime soda and strain all into a chilled martini glass.
