Blue Moon Orange Popsicle

Everyone loves a cold beer, and this is the ultimate nod to ice cold beer.

Blue Moon is a great summer beer, served with a wedge of orange in a frosty tall glass it will liven up any weekend party. But serve it frozen with a garnish of orange zest and you have the ultimate ice cold beer that is certain to beat the summer heat. 

I used Blue Moon but you could do the same with Corona or XX and a garnish of Lime for the same effect.

Ingredients:

6 Bottles of Blue Moon

1 Orange

Directions:

Pour the contents of each Blue Moon into a popsicle mold, taking care to leave room at the top as it will expand in the freezer, and then grate the orange rind and place a pinch into each mold before freezing. 

Allow them to freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
