Button Heart Art

Get your kids crafting with this fun and cute Valentine's Day idea. Children loves buttons - they come in all different colors, shapes, and sized, and can be used for virtually any craft! Pick special red and pink buttons for a cute Valentine's day feel, or mix it up with some other colors for a more unique design.

Supplies

Assortment of red, pink, and white buttons
Paper or felt
Fabric Glue
Scissors

Directions

Set your child up their own little craft station with all the buttons in a cup or tin, with the glue, scissors, and felt easily reachable.

Have your child lay out their buttons in a big heart shape on the felt.

Once they are satisified, have them use the fabric glue to secure the buttons on the felt.

After the glue has dried, suggest they use scissors to cut the heart out for a too-cute art project!
